This Shipping Policy explains how Mkvhg checks, groups, protects, dispatches, tracks, and supports an indoor cat-tree order. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
The packing record identifies the exact structure by SKU rather than height alone. Base panels, numbered posts, platforms, condo boards, hammock or ramp pieces, perch, tension components, straps, fasteners, and tools are checked against the listed configuration before cartons are closed.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore).
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
Handling begins after successful payment authorization on an eligible business day. Weekends, public holidays, an address clarification, unusual parcel volume, or a payment-security question may move dispatch without changing the stated business-day method.
The outbound review checks the cat-tree SKU and groups every board, numbered post, platform, enclosure panel, textile, toy, strap or tension part, fastener, and tool against the component list. Hard panels are separated from covered surfaces, threaded ends are capped, textiles remain dry, and hardware is sealed so it cannot abrade a board during transit. Each closed carton and delivery label receives a final check before carrier handoff.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of $0.00 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display $0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Enter the full Singapore delivery address, including unit and postal code where applicable, and consider whether the destination can receive the stated carton size and weight. A correction may be attempted before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed after carrier acceptance.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Depending on parcel size, destination, and service availability, orders may be delivered by SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, DHL, or another carrier operating in Singapore. The assigned carrier and tracking details are shown in the shipping confirmation email.
A cat tree may arrive in more than one tracked carton when boards, posts, textiles, or hardware need separate protection. All parcels belong to the same order; a split does not create another standard-shipping fee, and assembly should wait until every listed carton has arrived and been checked.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the assigned carrier and tracking number. Use that tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's official website to review the latest available shipment status.
Tracking can update at different times for separate cartons. If the estimate has passed, provide the order number and the tracking reference for each parcel received or missing so support can investigate the correct carrier record. Contact support@mkvhg.shop for shipment support.
