This Payment Policy describes currency display, checkout methods, authorization, security review, and refund routing for Mkvhg cat-tree purchases. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
The final total appears before order confirmation. Boards, posts, textile pieces, hardware, tools, and mounting components expressly included in the package do not generate later accessory charges. The listed price covers the physical kit and does not include in-home assembly, wall assessment, ceiling assessment, landlord consent, contractor work, or modification of the destination. A cat-tree purchase is a one-time transaction rather than an assembly subscription, membership, deposit plan, or recurring inspection service.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Only methods displayed by the live Shopify Payments checkout for the customer's location and device are available. A brand logo, room image, assembly illustration, or payment reference elsewhere on the site cannot activate a method missing from checkout. A diagram of numbered hardware is product information, not a payment voucher, digital wallet, or separate paid installation option.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
Checkout information travels through encrypted connections, while complete card credentials and authorization stay within Shopify Payments rather than component, room-measurement, or assembly support records.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Checkout submission requests authorization and remains subject to stock, delivery-address, and security review. When one tree uses several protective cartons, that parcel split does not authorize duplicate collection of the completed item total. A later scan for a second carton is a logistics event, not another purchase authorization. If a verified package is missing a listed component, support reviews the order and available remedy through the existing transaction record; the customer is not asked to email full card credentials to purchase the originally included part again.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
An order may be paused or cancelled if authorization fails or transaction indicators reasonably suggest unauthorized use. Review uses appropriate order and transaction information and does not require building-access codes, full-room photographs, landlord documents, alarm details, or remote access to a customer's device. A refund after cancellation or an approved return is routed to the original payment method unless law requires another route, even when the physical return travels in multiple cartons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
