This Privacy Policy explains how Mkvhg handles information associated with browsing cat trees, ordering, multi-carton delivery, assembly questions, returns, and support.
We separate structural support detail from unnecessary household information. A suitability question may need the cat-tree SKU, floor-to-ceiling measurement, available footprint, wall or ceiling type, and general cat size, but not a full room survey, household schedule, landlord account, building-access code, veterinary record, or unrelated family information. Access is limited to the order or support workflow that needs the record, and retention follows transaction, delivery, safety, dispute, security, and legal purposes.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information may include a name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, order contents, IP address, browser type, associated device data, support messages, and payment information processed through the secure checkout provider. Voluntary support detail may include room measurements, ceiling height, surface type, component labels, carton references, or a focused photograph of a board, post, platform, fastener, strap, tension plate, or damaged parcel. We do not need a building key, alarm code, lease file, exact daily absence schedule, veterinary history, microchip number, or images of unrelated rooms to answer an ordinary assembly question. Customers should crop people, documents, address labels not needed for the case, valuable possessions, access devices, and background interiors from photographs.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information supports page reliability, storefront security, and browser-level checkout diagnosis; it does not grant access to a customer's camera, microphone, files, contacts, or smart-home systems.

We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

Browser controls may limit optional storage, although disabling essential functions can interrupt checkout. Order records may be kept for accounting and disputes, parcel data for multi-carton delivery review, and support correspondence for the relevant assembly, component, stability, damage, return, or privacy request. Data no longer reasonably required is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated according to the system involved.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate.
